We use third-party fulfillment partners for production, printing, packing, and distribution. That means your order is handled by trusted outside partners once it is placed.

We oversee the brand, product direction, and customer experience, while our fulfillment partners handle the physical production and shipping workflow.

What printing methods do you use?

Because production is handled by third-party fulfillment partners, the exact print method can vary by garment, artwork, and production partner.

Depending on the product, that may include common apparel decoration methods such as direct-to-garment, transfer-based printing, screen printing, or embroidery.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, send us a message through the contact form and we will begin the process as soon as possible.

We offer a full refund on local orders within Woodbridge when there is a problem with the order. If you are outside Woodbridge, still reach out and we will review the issue with you directly.

When will I get tracking?
